The Law Office of Rosina C. Stambaugh Secures Green Card For 90-Day Fiancé Star Jay Smith

Jay is known for his appearance on TLC’s “90-day Fiancé,” where he appeared with his ex-wife Ashley Martson starting in 2018. In 2019, Jay was detained by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and held at the York County Prison. Attorney Stambaugh was able to successfully secure a bond so that he could be released from custody and fight his deportation.

After a lengthy three years, Jay’s application for lawful permanent resident status was finally approved on August 3, 2022. We could not be any happier for Jay. The past three years have been very difficult on Jay, as he has had to overcome many false rumors and allegations. Now that he has secured permanent status in the U.S., Jay can finally move on with his life.
